Life is Strange Before the Storm Vinyl Edition is Charming

I played a lot of games in my life but ‘Life is Strange’ had a huge emotional impact on me when it was released in 2015. I have to admit the game made me properly cry and I was a mess at the end. The game is a pure emotional roller coaster experience which at first seems like a typical choice-based, episodic game. But it was so easy to relate to the issues of these teenage girls and I connected almost immediately to the characters and cared so much about how they felt and how my decisions would affect them. It’s amazing but sometimes real life isn’t so different to a game. Maybe that’s one of the reasons why I loved Life is Strange so much. It’s the perfect example that making decisions is never easy and almost always have emotional consequences.

Life is Strange Before the Storm intends to build on the success of Life is strange. The game is set three years before the events of the first game and covers the story of Chloe Price and her friendship with Rachel Amber. The game consists of three episodes and the bonus episode ‘Farewell’. All episodes are already digital available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. A physical version will follow in March.
